Why is my Sympatico Internet Speed so slow???

I have Sympatico High Speed Internet of 7MBPS. When I download videos, musics softwares, the transfer limit shown is sometime around 50 KB and sometime around 200 KB. It’s so slow but it isn’t supposed to be slow because Sympatico gave me 7 MBPS.

Can anyone solve this problem? Thanks!!

It sounds like the problem is on their end. I would call them.
